forgoing counseling at a time when they need it the most. Depression and anxiety, born out of financial stressors, are on the increase and, when left
without treatment, can worsen and impact families in a devastating manner.

By partnering with TOCC, you may partially or totally underwrite an event, provide funds to subsidize counseling services, or simply donate to the general
fund.

Tax deductible donations for charitable gifts to Tall Oak Counseling Center must be made directly to Joy to the World Foundation.

or, if you choose, simply make out a check to "Joy to the World Foundation" with "Tall Oak Counseling Center" in the memo field. Also in the memo field,
include any specific donation request (ie. Client/Therapist assistance program, Parenting Workshop, ABC Conference, General operating costs, etc.)

A flat service fee of 3% for administrative costs is deducted from each donation.
The Board of Trustees serves as a governing body to insure that the therapist, client or the family applying for assistance meet the qualifications for
assistance.
**Tall Oak Counseling Center was founded in the Fall of 2006 and established in July 2007 as a perpetual not-for-profit corporation in the state of
Colorado which operates as a project under the Joy to the World Foundation, a 501(C)3 charitable public foundation, authorized by the Internal Revenue
Service and is governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees fulfilling the duties and responsibilities as stated in the Colorado Corporation Not for Profit
